Isolation of endophytic bacteria and fungi from soursop (Annona muricata L.) and bioactivity test as antimicrobial against Eschericia coli, Staphylococcus epidermidis, and Candida albicans

This study aimed to test the antimicrobial activity of endophytic bacteria and fungi isolates soursop (Annona muricata L.) in inhibiting growth E.coli, S. epidermidis, C. albicans. The stages research were isolation bacteria, assay, characterization potential fungi. Endophytic microbial was isolated from leaves, bark, root taken Praya, Central Lombok. agar diffusion method used assay. Characterization carried out on microbes with based colony morphology, Gram staining, biochemical tests. results showed that none had intense microbes' growth. Isolates code DN3, DNX, AKRX medium against E. coli, AKR1 DN2 C.albicans. plants could inhibit weak moderate.
